My name is Monika Christian and I homeschool my children. I serve as director for a community of other local homeschool families. We gather one day a week to support and encourage one another in learning how to tutor and study using the classical, Christian model. We want to train children to study so that they learn to enjoy God’s creation together. The homeschool families in our organization are seeking God’s guidance and grace by raising our kids, “To Know God and To Make Him Known”.
Our classes are led by trained homeschool parents who are members of our community. Parents remain on campus with students. Our local group meets one day per week for 24 weeks. We follow a classical, Christian curriculum designed by Classical Conversations. Our local communities also enjoy the prayerful support of a nationwide network of communities.
I am writing because we need a meeting location for the upcoming school year and would like to inquire about the possibility of our group meeting in your church facility. I would love to sit down with you and explain how our program is operated.
I would like to use the facility for 24 weeks- 12 weeks in the Fall and 12 weeks in the Spring. We always commit to leave the facility cleaner than we found it and I also have umbrella insurance.

I am looking for information on a Wolftown Ruritan Club member who died in 1981. Woodrow S. “Woodie” Bowles had a photography studio in Orange in the early 1950s. I think he was living in Richmond when he died. He’s buried in Rose Park Cemetery in Wolftown. He was married to Mary Herndon Bowles. She died in 1979.
I’d love to contact relatives who might know about the status of his negative and print collection. He likely has many historic pictures of places and people in Orange. He often supplied photos to the Orange Review in the late 40s and early 50s. He also took wedding pictures in the Orange area.

My daughter Emily Diane was the only person picked for the stem program because she is working to become an astronomer and unfortunately the program is gonna cost $3000 which we do not have at the moment and I was wondering if there’s any scholarship money or any house and then we could get. My father, Walter ( Bill ) Cox passed away on 8-5-19 his services will be held Aug 24 at 1:30. Graveside at Fleetwood Farm cemetary in Jeffersonton. Please feel free to attend. I know he had many feiends in rhe community.
