Theresa Hobin Ward, 88, of Palmyra, Virginia, passed away on November 3, 2023.
Theresa was born in Teaneck, New Jersey on February 25, 1935, to Frank Hobin and Rose Starke. She is preceded in death by both parents, her loving husband of 70 years, Charles R. Ward, Sr. and her beloved son Charles R. Ward, Jr. She is survived by her grandchildren Jon M. Ward and Heather N. Camp and her great grandchildren.
Theresa worked right alongside Charles, to build and manage a successful accounting business that has been in operation since 1956 and served the Palmyra community since 1972. She was a member of the Fork Union Ruritan Club.
A funeral service will be held at Salem United Methodist Church, 840 Salem Church Road, Palmyra, Virginia, at 2 p.m. on November 11, 2023, with interment to follow at Fork Union Memorial Cemetery, 4218 James Madison Highway, Fork Union, Virginia.
Family will receive friends at Salem United Methodist Church, 840 Salem Church Road, Palmyra, Virginia immediately after services.
