SPURLOCK, Vickie J., 66, of Bumpass, went to be with her Lord, after a short illness.
She is survived by her husband, Denver Spurlock; brothers, Brian Wilson (Lynne), Randy Wilson (Norma); nephews, Ryan Wilson, Javier and Jerry Gonzalez; aunt, Karen Hughes; and sister-in-law, Debbie Wilson.
Vickie graduated from South Charleston High School, Marshall University and West Virginia State College. She was a member of Holly Grove Christian Church and Holly Grove Ruritan Club.
Vickie’s memorial service will be held 2 p.m. Saturday, December 29, at Holly Grove Christian Church, 1637 Holly Grove Ave., Bumpass, Va. 23024. In lieu of flowers, please make memorial contributions to the American Cancer Society, P.O. Box 22478, Oklahoma City, Okla. 73123.
