Roy Edward Loyd, 62, of Bybee, Virginia, died on Tuesday, September 30, 2014.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Charlie and Clemmie Loyd. He is survived by his wife, Becky M. Loyd of Bybee; two step children, Jeremy Hasher and wife, Jennifer, and Amy Hall and husband, Roby; two grandchildren, Bailey and Peyton; two god children; one brother, Randy Loyd and wife, Tammy, of Buckingham; two sisters, Sandy Duff of Buckingham, and Judy Dyer and husband, Eric, of Ruckersville.
Visitation is Thursday, October 2, 2014, at Sheridan Funeral Home from 6 until 8 p.m. Funeral is 11 a.m. graveside on Friday October 3, 2014, at Wesley’s Chapel United Methodist Church, with the Reverend Kenny Davis officiating.
